Kim studied at the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM) and is a fully qualified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist. She is a member of the Sports Massage Association. She became interested in Sports Massage after sustaining an injury and was fascinated to see how Sports Massage played such a crucial part in the injury rehabilitation process.

Kim has a varied client base including office workers, clients enjoying various sporting activities and those suffering with everyday aches and pains.

Kim is a keen runner and a member of Chafford Hundred Running Group www.chrg.co.uk

Kim has gained valuable experience at the London Marathon, London Triathlon and Charlton FC.

Emma is qualified in BTEC level 5 as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, trained through North London School Sports Massage (NLSSM). Already a Yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Massage Therapist helping improve her students quality of life physically, emotionally even spiritually she wanted to expand her knowledge and skills on more practical hands on level.

Emma’s clients include those that want to improve their posture, their performance and be aches and pains free.

Emma regularly supports Charity events London Marathon, Ride London- Surrey 100 mile bike ride for British Heart Foundation and Anthony Nolans Trust offering post massage to those that have taken part.

Emma is a member of the SMA (Sports Massage Association).
